Rummynose Tetra behaving strangely....?

I think it is a swimbladder problem (usually with this the fish tends to look like it is 'off-balance' like you have described but the fish is okay at everything else.), theres really not much you can do for that, You could also ask your local fish store for advice.The other thing might be that the fish goes into shock when you turn your light off.
