North Korea smuggling arms in Georgia plane - should we be concerned?

I read the plane was going to Pakistan. If that is true you would figure the Taliban and al quaeda were the buyers. These people who were transporting the rockets and explosives should spend a long long time in jail. They sell to anybody for profit. Children and women die because of men like these. Then again North Korea was selling these weapons to anybody with the money.
