Could NoseRight create respiratory problems?

I recently found out about a product called NoseRight, which is supposedly an alternative to rhinoplasty. In reality, it just creates a thinner, more refined nose. I was going to buy it, but I have a few doubts. One of them being the fact that it could cause respiratory problems. It adds pressure to the nose, so I'm not sure if that could block a breathing page? I will check with a doctor later on about this, but for right now I want to see what you think.
