Weight loss?

good exercises to do would be anything with cardio, but to lose weight, what ive been doing is eating normal in the morning then decrease how much you eat as the day goes on. your metabolism slows down as the day goes on, so its better to eat less at the end of the day. try not to eat anything after dark. drinking a lot of water will also help. best of luck
