Should I move from Boca Raton, Florida to Kansas City, MO?

My company has an office in KC so I was thinking about relocating there. The pay would be the same. Thought it might be nice to experience the change of season, and be in a "regular" city. Boca Raton is more a vacation spot. Any thoughts?
