Who Would You Consider a World Superpower? (military)?

We have the largest and most advanced arsenal. I mean, sure another cold war could come around, and our current battles have certainly made us look weaker, because despite our enormous technological edge, we are still struggling there and our man power has been stretched thin. So who knows? It is hard to predict what megalomaniacs will choose to do in the future.
