Why is Fox News focused on state/government employees?

I have become saddened by Fox News continued attacks on unions as if the labor movement (7% of the workforce) is responsible for our economy. People who go to work every day are responsible for destroying the budget? Who believes this crap? We are cutting state/government employee benefits while providing illegals with medical coupons, housing and education. Who believes Fox News on labor issues?
