Need chicken dinner recipe?

I'd really like to make a good chicken dinner for my husband and son. I have chicken . I'm not made of money but if there's a random ingredient i don't have I'm sure I can buy it. I also need an idea for some type of pasta or potato to make with it. Please post recipe for chicken and side dish. Need recipe to follow! No crock pot or marinade please. I don't have too much time!
