Is today's San Francisco weather a bit chilly for July?

Due to geography difference, bay area has diverse micro-weather, especially in summer time, ocean coast temp is around 70F, bay shore around 80F, and inland around 90 to 100F. Some places just 10 miles away, there is 20 F difference weather. Even in SF, gray sky hung around West side of the city( Sunset, Richmond...)all day, Sunshine is still on in Downtown, Mission, Bay View area. And the funny thing is even in Richmond district, West of 25th Ave is particular cold and windy, East of 25th Ave is kind of warmer because of small hills shield the wind of " cold air-conditioner"
