Is this normal on an 11 year old?

ok so my 11 year old sister lives with me and i have a 1 year old boy and my problem is the constant bed wetting of my 11 year old sis... is this normal? should i take her to the doctor? i was having her in depends at night but it still not enough and i still have to do her laundry plus mu sons every day PLS HLP
