MTG: Reiterate and Storm?

Copying a card doesn't count as "casting" it. The copies would not give extra copies on a storm, only the original spell being cast does. You can stack storms though. Playing a Gshot after another Gshot would add another Storm copy and you would get the copies on the first gshot.
