Smudge like in the picture. 3. starting at the inner bottom eye part, use silver again and trace along then stop when you are right below the outer corner of the eye. 4.THEN, use black eyeliner (pencil) and starting at the lower lid in the MIDDLE, trace along ( over the silver) until you've reached the outer corner again. Repeat with black on the top.
