Does anyone have a good workout plan that works, that is fun and easy to stick to?
Im 5'3 and the last time i weighed myself i was somewhere between 145-155, I don't quite remember. I am fresh out of high school and I need to get back into shape. I was in athletics 2 years of high school and I had gotten my weight down to 120. Most of that weight came came off from running, crunches and lifting ( and a coach to hover over me to make sure I did it ) but I just don't have the discipline to make myself run anymore. So if anyone has a nice plan that doesn't include the weekly miles and that is fun, I would really like to hear it. My target weight is 120.
