Do American Young Earth Creationists believe,"If it can't be replicated & tested in the lab, it's not science"?

I ask this question because several YECs have told me that the theory of evolution and Big Bang Theory "are religion, not science, because they can't be tested". So, likewise, do the same YECs believe that seismology can't be actual science because full scale earthquakes can't be created in the laboratory and studied there?
