Conservatives, aren't unions a personal freedom for a worker?

Lets not confuse collective bargaining and free ociation. Collective bargaining is the denial of individual bargaining. If someone wants the right to bargain, then they must also want the right not to bargain. That doesn't exist, if you dont want to bargain with the unions they strike shutting down entire industries (schools, garbage collection, etc). Collective bargaining forces 2 parties by law to enter into a contract with each other
