ITunes question, need help?

I took songs off my iPod from iDump (Freeware) and when I opened iTunes to put the music I took off my iPod, all the music I already had in iTunes was gone. Can somebody help me out here. Did I accidently delete all music from iTunes? If I use iDump again will it delete all songs in iTunes again? Can I fix the problem? Thanks to all.
